Sip this rose flavoured blend for support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Raspberry Leaf and Nettle are known as uterine tonics, increasing the blood supply to the uterus in preparation for labour. The Mama Tonic is also anti-inflammatory, rich in anti-oxidants and high in nutrients. Notably vitamins A, C, K and some B vitamins, plus minerals iron, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and potassium.

Organic Ingredients: Raspberry Leaf, Nettle, Rose Petals & Rosehips

Brewing Directions: Place 2 teaspoons to steep in one mug or teapot of boiled water for 5-10 minutes.

Net weight approx. 90g

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Cautions: If you are pregnant, consume only after 20 weeks gestation in moderation. If a reaction occurs cease use.
