Trigger Point Knuckle

The Trigger Point Knuckle is a muscle release, massage and pain relief tool. It is ideal for use in acupressure, to reduce the strain on your fingers and joints. It can also release pressure points, muscle knots, spasms and trigger points.

Acupressure is an incredible tool for pain relief in labour and can also be used for labour induction prior to a medically indicated induction of labour (seek medical guidance before using acupressure for labour induction). Performing acupressure during labour and birth allows your support person/s to take an active role in aiding you to cope with the intensity of your contractions. Acupressure can help relieve pain, aid with feelings of calm and safety, and also assist with strengthening contractions and helping baby descend through the pelvis.
