JUNE ONE DAY BIRTH WORKSHOP: Saturday 15th June 2024, 9am to 5.30pm in Traralgon

This full day birth workshop is designed to prepare you for labour and birth! Great for first time parents who want to focus exclusively on labour and birth, and for those parents who have an older child (or more!) but would like a refresher and boost to their confidence.

This workshop will cover active labour and birth, physical and hormonal changes in birth, the vital role of the support person, informed decision making, advocacy and some of the most common interventions in today’s birthing world. The topic of VBAC will also be discussed.

The workshop will include a catered lunch, as well as snacks and tea/coffee. The enrolment fee covers the pregnant woman and one support person.
