The Fourth Trimester, Mental Health and Building Support Systems Class – Wednesday 8th May 2024, 6pm to 9.30pm (Traralgon)

This class discusses the transition to the fourth trimester, for both baby and parents. There is a focus on realistic expectations in the early weeks and months, nappy changing, swaddling, sleep and settling techniques, mental health issues for both men and women, and information on building healthy support systems.
